Crashes when i switch projects

If i have a project open and then do a file/open
to open another project it crashes.
If i close the project before opening anothe, all is fine.

I forgot to mention that it happens only
when the current project is playing back.
If i stop playback and do a file open it
works.

Win Xp Pro
