Ashley-Hayward wrote on 1/17/2022, 3:26 PM

Hi, I have been using Vegas pro 15.0 build 416 on my windows 10 computer after moving from a laptop and whenever I try to add a video file it crashes without an error message. My hardware is

Intel core i7-6700T,AMD Radeon R7 m370 and Intel HD Graphics 530. It's a all in one PC however I didn't have any problems like this on my laptop.

Thanks

Update GPU drivers for both Intel and AMD?

Does it crash with any video file? Try a few types.

I already had to update the drivers as Blender was having a problem too. However when I converted it from mp4 to mpeg it worked, which is annoying as it's hard to find a free converter that lets me convert all my video files

Handbrake and Shutter Encoder will covert to avc for you for free.

No. The videos I use I usually create myself. When I've had to use other files from other people, they always imported into Vegas 15.
