Crashing when adding media!

Can anyone help me?

I've recorded footage with Fraps and dragging that into Movie Studio Platinum 13 just black screens my program and i get the error message 'Movie Studio Platinum 13 is not responding"

Brilliant. Pleas help :(

The Fraps forum will help you get the right recording and codec settings for importing to Movie Studio. Do a search there and post back.
