Crashing while rendering

I edit my podcast in Vegas Pro. 2 Episodes a week. This was the first episode I attempted to render since the update. It continues to crash at 31%, half of the time producing a Vegas is not working message, and half of the time completely shutting down my computer and requiring a restart. I attempted to render a similar project (the previous podcast episode) and had no problems. The previous project was fully done in the previous Vegas Pro 21 Build but rendered fine in both that build and build 300. I was also able to make a similar project in DR and render with no issues.

I included screen shots of what I see at the moment of crashing, the data that might be helpful and a google drive link to the files used in the timeline.

 

Sincerely appreciate any help on what might be the cause of the issue.

Windows 11 Pro (23h2)

Video Footage was created on Zencastr but run through Handbrake to remove VFR. Set to Production Standard.

Delivery Mp4 to my documents folder. Eventually uploaded to Anchor and Youtube, but never got that far

It is missing a few files from your desktop/warpod folder and another subfolder.

war_intro GGC short.wav, sha vid pro.mp4, vocals sha pro, etc.

So I can try to render it but it's not complete.

I have used this as a template for rendering my podcast, so those missing files are all files i ignore from the original. Ignoring them hasn't caused any issues with rendering any of my other podcast episodes (I've used this same template for roughly 40 episodes while using Vegas Pro 21 but with the previous build.) Do you think they might be the cause of the issue?

I was ignoring those files from previous projects and using the same file as a "template" of sorts. After reading this ,decided to try to recreate the project from a blank file. All worked out well. I guess some old ignore file was causing the issue? Not sure but just wanted to say thanks for giving me the idea @RogerS

So far I'm at frame 52,960 (58%) with no crash. The only unusual thing is my ram is 97% used.
