Create a Blu-Ray that can be dupicated

I produced a Blu-Ray project and now I'd like to duplicate this for distribution among my end-users. I have access to a DVD Duplicator that fully supports Blu-Ray, however, when I attempted to COPY my project, the copier would not work.
After researching this in the Architect Pro 5.2 manual, although it DOES say that Blu-Ray CANNOT be copy protected, it does appear that my DVD copier is unhappy with the source DVD. When producing Blu-Ray, the options are quite limited, and while they appear simple, the end-product appears not capable of copying. I really don't want to do one-at-a-time from my existing master folder.
Can anyone help with this, or is this what I'd call "an undocumented feature"??

1) Check to make sure that your so-called master (first authored media) can be successfully be duplicated on your PC by using Nero Ahead software or perhaps image burn. Test your copy of the copy in several set-top players for compatability of features included.

2) I assume you duplicator is nothing but a controlled burner-- othewise fill us in. Consult the manufacturer of that unit for what kinds of quality control checks it needs and performs in a duplicating step. For example does it need checksums of the loaded files?

Generally if you can pass step 1 you should be able to do step 2 easily.

Hi. Firstly, are you writing Blu-ray to DVD disc or Blu-Ray disc? If I write Blu-Ray to DVD disc, my duplicator copies it without any problems. Secondly, if you have written to Blu-Ray disc, does the duplicator have DVD writers or Blu-Ray writers installed? I have a Duplicator which supports Blu-Ray, however it is fitted with DVD writers so it can't duplicate Blu-Ray discs.

"my DVD copier is unhappy with the source DVD"

Please be specific with your terminology. A Blu-ray disc (BD) is not a DVD, so don't call it one. If you mix up the two names we can't be sure what you are doing.
