Create SVCD

Can anyone recommend an application for creating SVCDs. I do mostly slideshows, so I want mpeg-2 quality, but only need CD space.

Ulead DVD MovieFactory 2. Does VCD/XVCD/SVCD/XSVCD/DVD. Also does quick slide shows with no transitions but you can add music. I think it uses the same MainConcept MPEG2 encoder as VF. Try the free 30-day trial at the Ulead site.
