Creating a laydown page transition

Does any one know how to ajust or make a transition so that it appears that you are laying down one page on top of another . In other words having a transition appear that you are laying down one page on top of another with a fold that rolls out and down flat, not up and out of the way.

Since Vegas doesn't have an effect that does that, here's my solution.
Lay the picture track down in reverse order. Apply the desired effect. Render (in Best mode, if you want to preserve quality) to anew track. Mute/delete the original track. Now apply a velocity envelope (-100%) to reverse the playback of the new track.
