creating a picture from a video

Is there a way to create a picture file from a frame in the Vegas time line? I want to make a Jpeg file from AVCHD source in the time line- I can convert a file that's in just about any picture format with Adobe photoshop but can't figure out how to save a picture file in any format from a frame in an event on the time line.

1) Set your preview screen to Best/Full
2) Click the "Copy Snapshot to Clipboard" icon at the top of the preview screen
3) Paste the image into Photoshop

4) Click the "Save Snapshot to File" icon. You will be prompted for a save format.
