This is a bug there is in Vegas 15 and 16. The development team is already aware and is working on a fix on the next updates.

One alternative workaround is to copy the bdmux folder from vegas pro 14 located in C: \ Program Files \ VEGAS \ Vegas Pro 14.0 and paste it into C: \ Program Files \ VEGAS \ Vegas Pro 16.0

Thank you. I have successfully created the BD discs in DVD architect but do like to work from the timeline.
