Creating two PIPS on screen at once

Dear Vegas Users,

I am beginner at NLE software matters.
By using Vegas 4.0: Is it possible to create two PIPS on screen at once, as in an anchor and a reporter. Two moving films in one screen, perhaps the first film bordered with special frame on the top right corner.

If not, what other NLE software can do this...

Yes, this can be done by either using track motion or the pan and crop settings on the individual anchor and reporter clips. You can place as many PIP's on the screen as you want. The Vegas manual walks you though the steps to create one, you'd just dupilicate the same process for both.
