I have to make a video that has a couple of headshots (stills) of people. There's a voiceover describing various characteristics of each person, and I have to circle parts of the pictures, make scribble marks, erase some marks, write some words, etc. Kinda like they do for football games where they diagram what the players are gonna do.

I'm not sure this would be easy to do in Vegas. Would this be something I could do by bringing the pics into Photoshop, and maybe using some screen capture software to turn it into a movie? Isn't there something like Camtasia or Camstudio or something to do that with? Any other ideas?
