Not using the Credit Roll templates, no.

But you should be able to paste a list of names into the Text templates and then use keyframes to create a rolling animation.

Click in the text entry box of the first line of the credit roll item text to select it, then press Ctrl-V to paste.

I believe if you want multiple columns then you separate the items with Tabs in the Word doc.

You can do this if you set up your Word list with tabs between actor & character. Before you paste you need to select icon on left of list before pasting.

For months I tried to get this copy and past to work, it never would go through correctly.........until I read this

Before you paste you need to select icon on left of list before pasting.

Saved my credit roll life! I was double clicking in credit roll line so curser would come up, then control V, it would not past in correctly. by simply clicking the box for header, single item or dual item then hit cntrl V it actually will past in correctly. Still I have to go through my word document and split the lines to smaller lines using enter key but to not have to copy and past 1000's of times (very long credit roll for studio I do work for) is going to save my sanity.....
