crop issue

whenever I render a video, I will have it in 1080x1080 so it crops as a square. but when I render it comes out as the full-screen size which ruins the effect on mirroring pictures. Any solution?

It will render whatever size you have the render options set for unless you use a codec that is restricted to specific sizes. so in order to help we need your specific project settings and render settings.
