crop not working

I am using Movie Studio 16 Platinum on Windows 10. I am trying to split screen and imported two MP4 files. I have encountered some problems.

1. My display screen is too small to fit in two video screens. How do I enlarge this?

2. I cannot work out the cropping.

Please help!

1. Use a project for twice the width of the files

2 Place the files on different tracks

3 Use for both tracks Trackmotion and place the pictures on the right place, 1 to the right and 1 to the left
