Crop twice for same clip?

I've used Movie Studio Platinum for many years, so one would think that I'd know how to do this, except I don't. 🙁

I know how to use Pan/Crop to just select part of a frame, by making the selection box smaller to select that part. (Plus, set Stretch to Fill Frame to "No", so as to keep that part's position where it was in the original clip, rather than expanding to fill the whole frame.)

I know how to use Pan/Crop to shrink a whole frame and move it to a different position, by making the selection box larger, and positioning the frame in the correct location within that box. (This was counterintuitive when I first learned it, as one moves the box "backward" relative to where the frame should go, but I eventually got used to that; no problem.)

Now, I essentially want to "chain" Pan/Crop twice. I want to select part of a frame, (possibly change its size), and then display that part in a different location. There's a plug-in chain displayed at the top of the Pan/Crop box, but I can't figure out how to add a second Pan/Crop.

I've tried searching here and elsewhere, to no avail. Maybe I'm using the wrong keywords?

This is my first post here, so please go easy on me if I've made a mistake. 😇

Thanks in advance!
