In SONY Vegas 5, it is possible to change the type of zoom one use to manipulate and move images (ie slow down at end, speed up as you zoom etc.) Is this possible in MOVIE STUDIO?
Isn't that called a velocity envelope, or some such thing? In MS, crop/pan is linear from beginning to end. Only way I can think of is to split the event and apply the zoom/crop/pan to events of different lengths, beginning one where the previous left off.
You described how it would be done in Movie Studio quite well. For instance, you would "speed up" a pan/zoom by specifying a given pan/zoom "distance" but make sure it does the zoom in a small video event.
In Vegas you have keyframes, which would allow you to have just one single event but define different pan/zoom locations at each of the keyframe points.
