Cross Fades Disappear

Ever since updating to VV30c, every project I work on seems to have a few cross fades on the video portion of the event disappear thus leaving a hard cut between video clips. The audio crossfade that was there is still in tact. I never had this problem with 30a or 30b. I seem to notice this after I group events together and move them around in the timeline. When my events all had crossfades between them, one or two go away on their own.

Has anyone else seen this?

Ron

SoFo, have you seen anything like this before??? I just had my project today have about 20 crossfades (out of about 200) disappear. What's strange is that when I drag an endpoing of two adjcent events that did have a crossfade before, and move it just slightly, the crossface comes back. So I think it's there, but for some reason, one of the events (I think it's always the one to the right) seems to overlap the crossfade, and when I move the end point, the crossface comes back.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Ron

I can see how you could make this happen by dragging an event through a group of crossfaded events. Feel free to send some screenshots and details to drdropout@sonicfoundry.com and I'll be able to comment more accurately.
