CS6 video files and VMS....

I keep runing into some renders (various different "templates" I guess you can call them in CS6) in CS6 that cause VMS (322) to crash. I'm only finding them in the ACHD and not Quicktime renders. Anyone else having this issue. I'm useing CS6 to mask video and then chromokey in VMS.

Compatibility issues notwithstanding, a lossless intermediate codec is a better solution than AVCHD.

People around here tend to like Cineform (AVI) and DNxHD (MOV) across applications. Both have really good free versions.

After doing a lot of research it seems that Adobe's new software for rendering only supports an uncompressed Quicktime or a large range of .264 - no way to change this. The QT tiles look fine but are very large, but probably the best option for files that will be re-rendered (is that a word?:))

Thanks for the suggestion, I have download the Cineform codec but have noway to access it in CS6. But the QT render does have the Alpha channel option.
