Current plug-in SDK?

Is this the current and most complete plug-in SDK?

I ask because it looks like the files are dated three years old. Maybe the SDK hasn't advanced with new iterations of Vegas, but that seems odd. Is this the one Satish uses? I have a programmer friend interested in developing something, so if any coders out there could point to what he needs, I'd appreciate it.

It is the current SDK but SoFo are planning to update it (see here)

Also, check this and this for some info on how to get the SDK to work with VC++ 6

Yes it is the same that i use. Yes it is outdated but since there have been no revisions in the plugin architecture this has not been updated.
