Custom Frames per second in Proj Properties ..

I'm working with Super 8mm digital transfers done at 18fps. Does the basic version of Movie studio allow you to enter a custom frames per second ( like 18fps) for the Properties of a timeline and then render to 18fps? OR .. Can you also mix in other higher frame rates like 29.97 fps in that same timeline and then render it all to 18fps for upload to YouTube?

The answer for both questions is: Yes.

In the basic version of Movie Studio you can set your project properties from any framerate starting from 0.050 up to 120 fps.
