Custom Keyboard Shortcuts Not Working

Hi guys.
I'm trying to personalize some new keyboard shortcut but simply is not working.
I always make sure that the shortcut I choose are not used by other command.
I tried to restart vegas aswell and nothing happened.

Do you have any ideas about what can be the problem?
I'm using Vegas 13

I noticed that where you put the shortcut counts. Under the "Show commands containing" field there are a bunch of different options like track view, track list, explorer etc. I had to choose Global and then add the shortcut. I hope that is helpful.
