Custom script and extension folders

I'm trying to set my custom path for scripts and extensions so I could keep my tools in version control and load up only those tools which are in certain branch.

For script I do this by changing script path from Windows registery everytime when vegas is started and I'm not exactly happy to do so :). I would gladly do it some other way.

For extension I haven't found any possible way to change which folder they are loaded.

Any ideas how I could change script and extension folders?

You can define the "scripts menu path" [CTRL] [SHIFT] --> Preferences -->Internal

But this would change your path for all scripts.

You might also create a windows shortcut to your script, then drag that shortcut to your script menu folder. I am unsure how this would affect other resources and paths defined by the script but it might be worth a try.

[CTRL] [SHIFT] --> Preferences -->Internal doesn't unfortunately work for me since tool location must be changed dynamically when Vegas loading up.
