I've had trouble getting through to tech support. I purchased a support ticket for $12 on Magix's site and I have two numbers 1-775-562-0527 and 1-608-424-4246. I call, it rings, I put in my code, it rings again and then disconnects. Has anyone else had this issue? Do you have another number?
Are that phone numbers?
When I made a long time ago a support request and got answer with the message that at evry answer or report I had to send it under such a ticket number.
