customize image sequence

Is there a way to customize the "IMAGE SEQUENCE" render?
Currently, if i render out a short section of video using this setting,
it exports each individual frame as a still image......What if, however,
I want to export every 30th frame or 15th frame as a still and have
all of the others skipped...? In other words, is there a way to render
out specific durations such as telling the render to choose a still from every 15th frame?

Thank you...

Not using the built-in script that I know of.

Since in an imported sequence, length = frame rate, maybe you could accomplish this by altering the frame rate proportionally. Just a wild guess.

Excalibur or Ultimate S may handle this.

Ultimate S also can do this (export still frames from video). It's under the "Editing Tools" tab. I've never used it, but looks like you specify the start/end time of the video and you can capture/export images at markers you've set up, fixed number of frames (e.g. 15th, 30th like you mentioned) or at time increments. Images can be exported as either JPEG or PNG.
