Date and Time to subtile track

Is it possible to write a script that created by the date and time with digital video recording cameras to a new track with subtitles? And subtitles would enable or disable in order to remind you when the footage was shot.

Unfortunately, No. :( Neither the video date and time nor the ability to create text is available to the Script API.

But isn't this information available from the Operating System? Of course, it would take some programming...
