Date Stamp

I have a Sony TRV-340. It records the date information on a seperate data track like other DV cameras do.

I want to have the date on the actual video. When I bring the video into VF via the firewire I loose the date information.

All I want is the date from the recording in the bottom corner like old analog cameras can do with no problem.

Any ideas?

if you right click the clip and look at properties it gives the time and date. use that information and make a title, with the date in the corner. ( makes sure the title is the top video track for obvious reasons.
