Deinterlace/Blur

All of the AVI DV 29.97 play fine but when I render it to DVD NTSC or DV NTSC ARCHITECT STREAM in preperation for a DVD it looks interlaced and delayed. I have tried different formats and multiple settings. Please Help!

I have also rendered the full project as AVI then rerendered the project as MPEG 2 But did a force resample. Sometimes this will do the trick! I don't understand becouse all the frame rates are the same and it even happens when there is no changes in the velocity.

Check your field order settings. Are you rendering to the same settings your project is set to? I had this same problem but found that my project was set to upper field first but I was rendering lower field first. Once I cured this... the ailment went away.
