Hi, i want to burn a progressive movie on a bluray.
I had to choose the only one possible 1920x1080 50i.
Now i have those ugle interlaced lines in the film.
Most TV sets, including my clients one, had a new progressive one.
How to get rid of this problem?
Progressive is not supported at 50 or 60 fps. Only 24 fps. If you are watching the Bluray on a TV, there should be no interlacing issue. Only if you watch in on a computer and many computer media players will deinterlace on the fly.

Yes, but they will convert the interlaced video to progressive. Haven't you noticed that most of your broadcast channels are interlaced?
