C'mon, Zippy! Two separate articles regarding this subject have been written in the past 2 months, and you pissed on both of them. They still live on the Sundance site, both mine and Jeffrey P. Fishers.
Am I the only one that wishes Sony would grant admin to some of the regs to weed out some of these posts ? I'm used to other boards being littered with junk, but ( until recently ) loved the fact that this forum was free of this type of stuff.
Perhaps it has something to do with the fact that youve made 45 posts in just 7 days. And as others have already pointed out, many of which were pointless and off topic. It gets old fast, like 40 posts ago.
Zippy, I run Vegas et al. on a Pentium 4 (real Pentium, not Celeron) with 2 gigs of RAM, firewire and internal drives, a Raedon 8500 VGA and Sound Blaster Platinum. My PC monitor is a Samsung SyncMaster and the NTSC Monitor is a Sony 20L1/DSR 45.
For what would appear to be your target market*, I could be COMPETITIVE and FULL with Vegas Video 3 and a PD150 because people pay for my knoweldge and experience and really truly do not care about the tools I use.
* based on your posts and occasionally specious questions I suspect your business is small industrial and weddings.
If you read *MY* article on the Sundance page, you won't find anything about anything we've created. I'm honored Jeffrey would have recommended 2 out of 15 things that were related to Sundance/VASST. pretty nice of him. That leaves you 13 other things totally unrelated to us in his review, and more than a dozen things in my review.
C'mon, Zippy....quit wasting people's time with this silliness. Take a class or something.
buster, you did it again. Thanks for the chuckle!
In my case, one thing that recently seemed to gain in "essentialness" is that "ignore this Zipper" button I'm using RIGHT NOW !
Oooo-eeeee !!!!
I'm even getting more "essential" posts right now on my screen!
For you, this would be a great starting point. I'm sure realities you create in your head kick a** to anything I've ever done so you're already there boy.
