Deleted Media

I made a mistake and deleted some media clips. Now on the timeline there are some clips that say media off line. I tried to search for it in all my drives but it's all deleted. I have the original raw footage of the wedding so how do I re-capture so I don't have to re-edit the whole wedding again?.

Do have your correct tape ready - in the capture device you use!!!

On the timeline Right click on the "missing" media; "Select in Project Media list; Right click on the Media in the Project Media pane and select "Recapture . . . "

Oh! If you had the project still up and deleted media, you could also have done an immediate UNDO!! Just remembered ..
