As long as 8 is working to your satisfaction, go ahead and delete the old versions.
If at some point you need a previous version, you can always
re-install it.

If you have 7.0d (not the somewhat later 7.0e version which had "issues"), hang on to that. There still seem to be a lot of issue with 8, so you might want to go back to 7.0d for various reasons.

I can think of no reasons to keep any of the other older versions.
