I have a problem with my Sony Vegas Pro 16, the audio with video is desynchronized. What I have to do to fix it, please help me.

You need to provide more information. i.e: Where did the media come from? File type? Is it in sync when played back on other media players or NLEs? Are the picture and audio separate files? Are the Vegas media properties set for the type of file/format your working on? Are there any audio and/or video plug-ins assigned to tracks or events?

If the audio is desyncing while the video is playing in preview, this issue will always occur. (It happens more often with big or resource intensive projects.) However, when the video is rendered, the audio should be in its proper position.
If the audio is desynced in a rendered video, I have no solution, you could try restarting vegas and re-rendering.
