Did I accidently purchase a non-download version of Pro 23 Suite

I purchased an upgrade from Pro 22 and the new Pro 23 suite does not show up in my Vegas account Service Center products list. The Paypal confirmation email said that the product is being shipped to my physical address. How do I correct this, if for some reason I don't have a downloadable version?

I have received no confirmation email from Vegas of the purchase. Should I not by default be receiving a download link?

(Help redirect this post to the correct part of the forum, if this is not the right posting location. I posted also in the Pro 23 subsection. The forum locations are a bit confusing to me.)
