Difference between Celeron and PIII

I'm currently using a 900mhz celeron chip, but my motherboard will also accept a P3. Anyone know if I would see a big difference when rendering using a PIII 1gig over my 900mgz celeron? Any internal differences in the chips that should make the rendering faster?

AFAIK, the only differences are cache size (128K vs 256K), and FSB speed (100Mhz vs 133Mhz). Otherwise, they both share the same core. You would probably only notice a difference if you used a stop watch.

That's what I thought. Thanks. I guess I'll just wait a bit and go for a p4 2gig or something. :)
