Differences V11 & V12?

Can anyone summarise the main differences between Vegas 11 and 12 - or supply a link? I notice V12 is only 64 bit but what can be done with it that can't be done with V11? Thanks.

Thanks, I did an online search and never thought of looking at the release notes. I think I'll try out the trial.
