Different Pan Crop Question for Help

I use still pics intermixed with my vacation video's. I utilize pan/crop to "match aspect ratio" on every one of the stills I bring into the video, in order to get rid of the black border. I do this manually for every photo, which is slow, but the only way I figured how. A week or so ago, I played brought some stills into a blank project to try to learn how to zoom, etc. Got it sort of working, then the days later returned to my unfinished project. Now what I seem to find is every still pic I bring into my project (dragged from Explore), has some keyframes pre-set somehow such that when I want to mathc output ratio, the first second is black border and over time the pic zooms in until the black border is gone. So now not only do I have to go into every one to do the match output ratio, I have to manually delete the keyframes that came into every pic somehow. Have not been able to find how or where this setup has been locked into my projects. Am using VV3c. The veg file I am currently using was never used in my keyframe testing, nor were any of the still pics part of the media pool till I brought them in tonight. Any idea where this may be locked in or some hints on how to clear all keyframe setting quick and easy. (Resore does nothing). I use VV3 pretty much with all it's default settings. The pics are 5 seconds. Appreciate some suggestions.

First of all, make sure you click on the first keyframe before selecting the Match Aspect Ration. If the cursor is not at the beginning when you select it, it will automatically add a keyframe where the cursor is when you add it.

Secondly, check the left-most button under the keyframe row. Its picture has a little lock on it. If this is ON, you may want to turn it OFF.

Yep, gave it a small test just now and it was that lock button. Followed some guidance on my "zoom lesson" and never turned off that button. Must be too old to learn this video stuff, but sure keeps me entertained. Thanks a bunch jetdv.
