A video lab will render a digibeta tape (2 minutes in length) for me which I'll recut in VMS. I'm guessing that an uncompressed 16:9 .avi is better than an uncompressed .mov file. After editing I'll be uploading to the web and putting onto a DVD reel. I am right on this? I usually capture my own files and haven't worked with a lab before.
