Digital S / D9 support

Can anyone tell me whether Vegas supports JVC's Digital S or D9 format? Or I guess a more direct question is whether Vegas can edit footage shot with a 4:2:2 sampling format?

If the answer is yes, how are people bringing the footage into Vegas?

I don't know but I think it it is a good question. When enough people start demanding editing tools for 4:2:2 50Mb/s v digital video someone will buid it. It might be interesting to ask JVC that question.
