Digital vidcam shopping

Looking for something in the $400-550 range. Good picture quality is my main concern. I don't know what's out there right now, and before I poke around on the net, I thought I'd fish for some recommends from folks here.

Sony trv-460 or it may be trv- 450 price $399.00
