Direct to DVD

I am looking for a Direct-to-DVD software that allows be to import from my Digital Camcorder straight to DVD. Have found several options however, None I have found allow me to set my own chapter marks in this process. Some will auto chapter at set intervals, some will auto detect scenes..but I need to manually set scene breaks and title them...(without wasting time by going to disk forst since I am not doing any editing).

Does DVD architect support this? Has anyone run across an application that does?

DVDA doesn't do this. I've seen standlone recorders that will set chapter marks every x minutes (5 or 10 seems to be the common choices) and have a DV input (which is nice when it works correctly), but nothing that will let you set manually and title.

Seems like setting chapter points and their titles would be quite difficult to do in real time (unless you are a very alert, quick and accurate typist!).
