Disable Tooltips in the Explorer Window?

Any way to disable tooltips in the Vegas Pro 8 Explorer window? They are getting in the way of me renaming files.

Nick, see if this works for you (it did for me).
Download PowerToys from Microsoft .
What you want is called TweakUI.
Under the Taskbar and Start menu option in PowerToys/TweakUI, uncheck "Enable balloon tips".
Remember to re-boot after installing this app.
