I run Vegas Pro 22 on two machines and each of the machines have a Windows 10 and a Windows 11 image, so yes, I see that all the time. Just log on to your Vegas Service Center account https://www.vegascreativesoftware.com/us/support/service-center/

disable a machine, any machine and reactivate. It won’t take long at all.
