Use Project | Save As..., select a new folder and check the Copy media with project checkbox at the bottom of the window and Movie Studio will copy everything that was used in the project to the new folder.

You don't say which version you're using. If you're on 12 click the lightning bolt icon on the project window toolbar. If on 13 (for some reason they've removed this icon) go to Tools/Clean Project Media. This will remove all unused media (clips, music, images, etc) from your project.
For either version then select Project/Save As. Select where you want to save your project (I use an external drive with an appropriate folder structure) and give it a name. At the bottom of the Save As dialog box put a tick in the box marked 'Copy media with project' and click Save. A Copy Media Options dialog box will then appear and you have two choices. 'Copy source media' will do just that - all media contained within the project, including the project file, will be copied into this one folder. 'Create trimmed copies of source media' will do the same as the first choice but will trim all clips according to the 'Extra head and tail (seconds)' option. This option is useful if you have many source clips that have been trimmed extensively and can result in more efficient storage of your project. However, the process will take far longer due to the trimming process.

Sorry jr, you got in before me.

Thankyou for your very clear and helpful instructions. I used to use Adobe Premiere which had a very easy way of carrying out this task. Most of my videos are wild life and typically at the end of a project I have to throw 90% of the material away. With modern editing software storage this is not so difficult, as you have just shown, and saves many G of storage space.
