Displaying Still Images So They Appear "Animated"

Does anyone know how to get still pictures to appear in a video but so they appear somewhat animated? Like displaying a picture and slowly zooming in or out to make it a bit more watchable. I've seen this done in other videos but I am not sure how it's done in Vegas Pro.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts or suggestions.

You can use the pan/crop feature or try the Ultimate S plugin on Vasst.com which will do all the hard work for you and all you have to do is tweak.

Also, stillmotion is another option from Vasst that will only do that, but ultimate s is a better bang for the buck.
