Dividing CD tracks

I record concerts at my Jr. High onto one long track. (about an hour) I cant seem to find a quick way to index the track and burn it to a CD for reference without cutting and pasting each individual song. Is there a way to do this?

Start by placing the cursor at the beginning of the project and hit the N key – this will put track IDs at the beginning and end. Then place the cursor where you want the next ID and hit the N key, and so on. You can adjust the IDs afterwards if you need to.
