Hope somebody can assist me:

When I try to render to divx I get the following error,

"An error occurred while creatung the media file xxxx.avi

An error occurred whilr converting with a codec"

I am rendering from HDV 1440x1080 50i upper field first (my video from my Canon HV20), to PAL Widescreen template.

I do the follwing steps:
goto render, choose video for windows, chnage the video format to "divx 6.9.2 4 logical cpus" (error comes up even if I try the other divx "divx 6.9.2 YV12 decoder).

Basically no matter how I try and render it it comes up with the above error.

I did pay and upgrade to DivX pro on my PC from the Divx website, but even this did not help.

Any advice or help greatly appreciated....
