DLX985 Dual Link Drive Kit--questions

This is the ADS drive enclosure I've heard many of you recommend.

I have a few questions:

1) Is it better to install the box to the USB 2 or the Firewire connection when loading video?

2) If Firewire, can I daisychain my camcorder to the drive and expect the footage to load with no problems?

3) Once footage is loaded, does the computer / drive enclosure care whether it's hooked up to USB or Firewire?

4) Is there a limit to the size of the drive the enclosure will recognize---for example, 200 gig, 300 gig, or whatever? If so, can I simply partition the drive to get around the size limitation?

Thanks in advance for any tips / suggestions / answers.

Definately firewire!
You should be able to daisychain devices, at least a VCR and the enclosure.
Shouldn't be any size limit.

If you buy the 5.25" box and mount the drives in a draw/caddy system then you can swap drives in and out of the box as your needs grow.
