Does enh keyboard customization allow...??

Does enhanced keyboard customization allow me to set in and out markers on a source clip with the E and R keys, and then use the B key to Insert Edit that clip into a sequence?

Actually I guess I"m asking if i can use the enhanced customization to set said commands to those keys? If it's not already.

I don't know what enhanced keyboard customization is, but the regular ol' keyboard customization does. You'll have to assign a new key for Regions, then.

The command for setting In and Out points on the timeline are:

Trackview.Select.MarkIn
Trackview.Select.MarkOut

To get at them, go to Options -> Preferences -> Keyboard tab, and type Select.M in the box labeled "Show only commands containing:" Select each one individually and type the key you want for each in the box labeled "Press new shortcut keys".
