Does NeroVision reencode Vegas renders?

Does anyone know if NeroVision reencodes MPG files which were rendered from Vegas using the DVD NTSC (standard DVD) template?

I haven't tried it with the VV DVD NTSC template, but can confirm that it does not reencode files produced using the the VV DVD PAL template. Unfortunately I do not have access to my system to test this out for you at the present.
