Does Screenblast Upgrade include MPEG2 Decoder?

Does the new Screenblast Upgrade include the MPEG2 Encoder. I was planning to buy Uleads Video Factory to burn DVDs. Is this not necessary if I get the upgrade?

Well, someone who actually has upgraded can probably answer better than i can, but since it's advertised as a complete DVD production package, and since MPEG2 is necessary for DVDs, it would seem that it must include an MPEG2 encoder.

Yes, the upgrade includes the MainConcept MPEG2 encoder. It also includes software for DVD creation. I think it was MyDVD but I'm not sure.
